Blessed Sign | Giveaway

I am so excited about today’s post! I have been re-decorating parts of my house, and I am going to tell you all about my favorite wall right now and how you can get the same look. You’ll definitely want to read to the end of this post too because I might just be giving away a blessed sign and frames so that you can create this look in your own home for free!

My husband and I are obsessed with the show, Fixer Upper. I mean, who isn’t? I love love the shiplap look, but not really the price tag that goes with it. We figured out a way to do the shiplap look without the shiplap price and I am in LOVE with my kitchen wall now. (I will have to do a separate post all about the details on that because it was only about $100 to do the wall! That’s it!) Anyway, I have been searching for the perfect decorations to hang on my walls, and I finally found it.

One of my friends started a cute company called Impressions Shop and she sells the best word art signs. They are words cut out of wood in such darling fonts. I chose the word “blessed” because it is a good reminder that I really do have so much to be thankful for. When I got the sign, I decided black was the way to go. The wood comes unfinished so that you can paint it any way that you would like. The black with the natural barnwood frames just makes my heart go pitter patter. They compliment each other so well!

Let’s chat about the frames now, shall we? They are 8X8 white washed barnwood frames. I love that I can see the grain of the wood and that they have so much texture and character. I ordered 3 of them from Mybarnwoodframes.com and they are amazing! The quality is incredible, and they are the perfect statement without being overwhelming decorations.

I added some photos that I took of my kids playing in the poppies, and I really just smile every single time I walk by it.
