50 books to read

In January I made a goal to read 50 books this year. I fell a little behind schedule during our months of cleaning, packing, and staging our old house followed by unpacking, painting, and organizing our new one. After several months of catching up, I only had to read 12 books in December to make up for lost time. I got a lot of reading done during a couple of well timed sick days while my husband was off work for Christmas. If there’s a good time to be sick, that was it. I finished the last book December 30. It was a great year of reading. This is the list of every book I read this year. Some I loved, some I did not. I highlighted some favorites from my list and I will post about some of them later on. The ones in italics are books I didn’t really like. Without further ado, here’s my list:
