How to lose weight fast

I just lost 15.2 lbs in 17 days.  Yes, I ate food.  A lot of it in fact.  Yes, it is healthy.  I decided I would take a break from my normal posting to talk to you about my story because I thought some of you might be interested in learning more and maybe trying it out for yourself.  Let me tell you all about this program designed by a Dr to help you know how to lose weight fast.

Let’s start with a quick back story.  Between the time that I miscarried at the end of August and December 29th, my hormones went crazy.  I gained 12 lbs in that time and my emotions were like a roller coaster.  I wasn’t been able to get pregnant again and I was feeling poorly about the way that I looked and felt.  I decided that I needed a change.

December 30th, I began the 17 Day Diet.  It is a very easy to follow and straight forward plan that helps you to reboot your metabolism to burn food and fat in a way that will help you lose weight.  Reading through the book, it almost sounded too good to be true!  In the book it explains how everything works and why it works, and it also mentions that people will typically see a weight loss of 7-10 lbs in the first 17 day cycle.  Armed with my new information and my fridge stocked with fresh food, I was ready to begin.

The first 3 days I had headaches.  I could tell that my body had been addicted to sugar and I was going through withdrawals.  I was determined to keep going though.  I needed a change.  So badly I needed to change.  I pushed through and by day 4 I was feeling clear headed and more energy.  At this point, I had lost 5 lbs!  It was working!  I was motivated and excited to see what the next 13 days had in store for me.

Everyday when I woke up, I would weigh myself to see the progress.  By the end of the first week, I had lost 9 lbs.  By the end of the second week, I had lost 11.5, and by the end of the 17 days I was down 15.2 lbs total.

I can’t even tell you what a difference it has made in my life.  I feel better about myself and the way I look.  I fit better in my clothes.  My hormones are much better balanced, and I just feel good about the way things are going.
