Christmas Mantel Using Silhouette
I use my Silhouette all the time, and I wanted to show you another fun way that I used it, this time to decorate my mantel for Christmas. (Seriously guys, if you don’t already have a Silhouette, you need one. Just sayin.)
Using some gold vinyl that I got from Silhouette, I cut this out and had it ready to go within 30 minutes! You just have to design it using the Silhouette software. I used a font called Bebas and added a rectangle shape. You just pull out the letters leaving the negative space and then use transfer paper to put the cut vinyl exactly where you want it to go.
I found the Christmas tree shapes in the Silhouette store (which is all on sale right now BTW) They are inexpensive to make, but make a big statement on my mantel.
Have I convinced you that you need a Silhouette yet? They are still having their HUGE Black Friday sale, so be sure to take advantage of it before it is too late. It really is the perfect Christmas gift! Just go to http://www.silhouetteamerica.com/black to purchase or to learn more about the bundles offered and be sure to use the code BETWEEN at checkout to get the discounts.
I love your mantel I might have to make myself an Oh Holy Night thing too!
