Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars
This week is the perfect week to share all things pumpkin I think. I have so many fun things to share with you. Recipes, crafts, printables, and even a really fun bigger project all lined up for you this week! Can you even stand the excitement?!
Let’s get the ball rolling with some delicious Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars. The recipe for these bars is an old family favorite, and I added the chocolate chips to it and it sent the bars over the top with deliciousness!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Pumpkin
- 4 Eggs slightly beaten
- 2/3 Cup oil
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp. Soda
- 1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together sugar, pumpkin and eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Lightly grease a large cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Top the Pumpkin bars with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
I served these at a craft night I hosted a couple of weeks ago, and they were a HUGE hit! You should definitely make these and bring them to your next party. They are sure to get you compliments and they are SUPER easy and delicious!
